L2G-Project is a private server, not a company. This page says what we keep so the server, the website, and the Account Panel can work for players anywhere.
What we keep
- Account username, email, and password
- The email verification code, until it expires or is used
- Characters and Account Panel data needed to play
- IP address and login time, for security and abuse
- Payment result, amount, and reference, when you pay. We do not store your full card number.
What we do with it
We use this to create the account, send the verification code, run the game, deliver a digital benefit after a payment, and enforce the Server Rules. We do not sell it.
The host, the email service, and the payment company see only what they need to do that job.
Your request
You can email us to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to close the account. Account data stays while the account exists. Payment records can stay while a payment problem is open.
