By creating an account, playing on the server, or using Account Panel services, you agree to follow these rules. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
01Account Responsibility
You are responsible for your account credentials, characters, and activity performed through your account.
- Do not share, sell, trade, or transfer account access unless L2G-Project explicitly permits it.
- Use a unique password and keep your registered email secure.
- Staff will never ask you to provide your password.
- Account recovery is available only when ownership information can be verified.
02Fair Play & Exploits
Players must not gain an unfair advantage through unauthorized software, exploits, or manipulation.
- No bots, automation, packet manipulation, cheating tools, or unauthorized third-party software.
- Do not abuse bugs, exploits, map errors, NPC errors, duplication methods, or unintended game mechanics.
- Serious bugs or exploits should be reported privately to L2G-Project staff.
- Attempting to bypass server protections or Account Panel security is prohibited.
03Player Conduct
Competitive gameplay is allowed, but abusive behavior outside normal game competition is not.
- No threats, targeted harassment, hate speech, impersonation of staff, or deliberate scams.
- No advertising of other servers, illegal services, cheats, or malicious websites.
- Do not intentionally disrupt support channels or repeatedly submit false reports.
- Staff may moderate names, titles, chat, clan content, or other public content that violates these rules.
04Trading & Real-Money Activity
Only trading methods explicitly supported by L2G-Project are considered authorized.
- Real-money trading of accounts, characters, Adena, items, or services is prohibited unless officially provided by L2G-Project.
- Players are responsible for verifying in-game trades before confirming them.
- L2G-Project is not responsible for losses caused by private deals made outside official systems.
05Server Support & Voluntary Contributions
L2G-Project is privately operated and maintained using the resources of its operators and voluntary financial support from members of the community.
- Users are never required or pressured to contribute in order to access the core game service.
- Any contribution is made voluntarily by the user for the purpose of supporting server hosting, infrastructure, maintenance, development, security, and operating costs.
- L2G-Project does not encourage, solicit, or pressure users to spend money beyond what they independently choose to spend.
- Where L2G-Project provides L2G Coins, VIP/Premium time, virtual items, or other digital benefits following a contribution or purchase, those benefits are digital account entitlements associated with the service.
- Digital benefits do not represent ownership of server assets, cash value, an investment, or a guaranteed exchange or resale value.
06Purchases & Digital Delivery
Payments made through official L2G-Project channels may provide virtual currency, digital items, account services, VIP/Premium time, or other digital benefits.
- Always verify the selected account, character, item, service, amount, and price before confirming a transaction.
- Digital benefits may be delivered immediately or shortly after a successful payment or Account Panel purchase.
- Availability, balance, pricing, and service contents may be adjusted for technical, balance, security, or operational reasons.
- Only official L2G-Project payment channels should be used for real-money transactions.
07Immediate Delivery & Withdrawal Notice
For real-money checkout, L2G-Project may require a single confirmation before payment so the user understands that the selected digital benefit can be delivered immediately.

I agree to the L2G-Project Terms and request immediate delivery of the selected digital benefit. I acknowledge that my right of withdrawal may be affected once delivery begins, subject to applicable law.
- This confirmation is intended to appear at the actual payment step before the user completes payment by card, PayPal, paysafecard, or another supported payment provider.
- The confirmation does not remove any legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
08Refunds, Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Because digital benefits can be delivered immediately, completed digital transactions are generally treated as final, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
- If a payment or delivery problem occurs, contact L2G-Project Support before opening a payment dispute.
- Duplicate charges, failed delivery, or confirmed technical payment errors will be reviewed using available transaction records.
- Fraudulent, knowingly false, or unauthorized chargeback activity may result in temporary restriction or suspension while the dispute is investigated.
- Submitting a dispute does not automatically establish that a refund is owed; each case is reviewed according to transaction records and applicable law.
09Enforcement
Violations may result in action proportionate to the conduct and available evidence.
- Possible actions include warnings, chat restrictions, removal of illicit gains, temporary suspension, or permanent account restrictions.
- Serious cheating, fraud, exploitation, or security abuse may lead to immediate action.
- Attempts to evade a sanction using additional accounts may lead to restrictions on related accounts.
10Service Availability & Changes
L2G-Project is an online game service and may require maintenance, updates, balancing, or emergency intervention.
- Temporary downtime, restarts, maintenance, patches, or service interruptions may occur.
- Game content, rates, events, features, shop offers, and service rules may change over time.
- Material rule changes should be published through official L2G-Project channels when practical.
